What does "© 2003 Adam Stone  All Rights Reserved" mean?

© is the international symbol for "copyright". It is followed by the year and the name of the copyright owner. "All Rights Reserved" is necessary for some countries. When something, like an image or text, is marked this way, it is copyrighted. That means that you may not copy it without permission from the owner. If you do, you are stealing the owner's property, and you are breaking the laws of the U.S. and of all civilized countries.

On my web site, it means that you may NOT:

bullet

print or save the web page,

bullet

print or save the image,

bullet

capture or photograph the screen.

This applies to every person, and to any number of copies (including one copy), no matter what you intend to do with the material. You are not excluded just because you aren't going to sell it.
